It's incredibly insightful. I like to keep track of all my friends' types. It's very interesting to see how some types are very similiar, yet people are still very different. It's very helpful for couples to print out their personality profile descriptions (find a very detailed description), and then each person takes their profile description prinout, and highlights what he/she agrees about him/herself, and strikes out what he/she disagrees with. Then you read each other's profile and discuss what you agree/disagree with. There are certain traits that will come to light that become more understood.
